For three dimension work or sculpture,

two slides per piece may be submitted.

Slides must be labeled: as indicated (right)

DIGITAL ENTRIES: Each artist may submit three
entries. For two dimensional work, submit one image
per piece. For three dimension work or sculpture, two
images per piece may be submitted. (no details)
All entries must be submitted on CD media
accompanied by the entry form in the prospectus.

SIZE OF FILE: not to exceed 1.5 megs

LABELING CONVENTION FOR DIGITAL FILES: Artist last name

and work number, no spaces (ex. smith2.jpg).
All Artist must include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope)
for the juror notification card and slides where applicable. CD’s will not be returned.

Detailed Instructions for digital entries:

MICROSOFT PICTURE IT!

1. Open File
2. Crop Image if necessary (under common tasks)
3  Click on Format Image
       Click on Resize Image
           Set Resolution to 72 dpi
           Height , Width (do not exceed 12 in largest dimension)

4. SAVE AS: .jpg   (example: smith1.jpg)

5. Burn to CD


PHOTOSHOP

1. Open File
2. TO CROP:
      Click on WINDOW
      Click on SHOW TOOLS
      Click on crop tool

3. TO RESIZE:
    Click on IMAGE
Click on IMAGE SIZE
Set Resolution to 72 dpi
Change pixles to inches... do not exceed 12 inches largest dimension)

4. SAVE AS: .jpg   (example: smith1.jpg)

5. BURN TO CD
