Today, consumers are urged to reduce, reuse and recycle and now to upcycle!   The Southwestern PA Council for the Arts Antique Show and Sale has the answer for people who are looking to update their homes in an environmentally friendly way. The Southwestern PA Council for the Arts Antique Show and Sale offers well-loved and cherished antiques and collectibles for anyone who is looking to add to a collection or to enhance their home.

The annual antique show and sale will be held on January 24, 25, 26, 2020 at the Greensburg Country Club. The Show opens on Friday night at 6:00 PM and offers many one of a kind items for all lovers of antiques and memorabilia!  Antique and art dealers from throughout the region will display and offer for sale thousands of unique antique items. Specialties include: formal, country, Victorian and oak furniture, paintings, Oriental rugs, sterling silver, European porcelains, Roseville, cut, art and pattern glass, jewelry, quilts, vintage clothing, linens, toys, crocks, paper and advertising items, postcards, and much more.

A highlight of the show is an “Ask the Expert” appraisal session which will be held on Saturday, January 25 from 1:00 until 4:00 PM. Consumers are encouraged to bring their “hidden treasures” to be appraised at the Greensburg Antique Show and Sale.  In past years, some exciting items have turned up at the appraisal sessions.  Written appraisals are fifteen dollars and verbal appraisals are seven dollars.
